
Water Fasting
Today’s post will be not only about water fasting to lose weight, but also intermittent fasting for blood work. The basic idea between the two is the same, and their only true difference lies between the time and duration for the fast. When you are being asked to undergo a water or juice fasting for blood work diet, in most cases, you will have your dinner, and then you won’t eat any other solid foods until the time you wake up and go to your appointment. It’s like eat stop eat and the reason for that is that when you are blood test fasting glucose levels get to their normal rate, which is what doctors need to examine in order to determine whether you are healthy or not.
A water fasting diet is anything but easy, since our bodies are used to consume solid food every 5 hours on an average. But it is because of that very same fact that intermittent fasting weight loss is so popular and this eat stop eat diet is so effective. You see, among the many benefits of fasting, the most important one is the fact that you are not only going through a diet through which you will lose weight, but you are also flushing all the toxins out of your system. There are other branded diets that were created on the basis of juice fasting which promise fat flush or cleansing. And they are telling the truth in most cases. The idea behind all of those eat stop eat diets and water fasting is fast weight loss through the effect of making your body go overboard as some would say.
I guess you could say that a water fasting diet is like good exercise in many ways. No matter what we are doing, our body keeps working, but if we get up and run or if we do anything, our bodies work harder. That is because during the most part of a day we tend to sit and not move so much. So, when we move, our bodies our surprised in a way. Now, if we keep moving, then the element of surprise would decrease of course, and that is why intermittent fasting to lose weight or eat stop eat as many people call it is the way to go.
Another one of the benefits of fasting diets is that other than being healthy, they are obviously very cheap as well. All you have to do is pretty much stop eating. Then again, I would advise towards getting a book with a detailed and scheduled intermittent fasting weight loss diet. It won’t cost you that much, and it will help put everything into perspective. Most of them will also give you lots of fasting tips as well. While water fasting for weight loss is great, I tend to recommend a juice fasting diet instead. I find that there are several nutrients that help and it is always good to read up on some juice fasting recipes in order to allow your body to get them all. You can also create your own juice fasting recipes, but you have to make sure that you use some vital ingredients. So, it’s your call. Whether it’s intermittent fasting, juice or even water fasting to lose weight, they will all most likely work for you as long as you do them properly.

Hey… I’m going to start fasting and exercising .. the only thing that i struggle with the most is how to stay awake!!!! how do people fast every day and keep awake without the energy from food to keep going .. my body feels like it’s shut down and i feel slow all days… you can Facebook me because I would love your help .. i weight about 230 and i used to weigh about 180 since I’m tall. When i was 180, I was pretty skinny… Now, I’m a vegetable that tries to work out everyday!
I will start my fasting tomorrow .. ‘THE WORST DAY’ but … This is something that needs to be done and if not tomorrow … THEN WHEN “you know what i mean”!
I am going to star fasting tomorrow. I just prepared an awesome lunch, which I am now not going to eat. I think I will do this for a month. I know a family member of mine took a fast, and she went from a size 9 to a size 4. So whose to say it won’t work for me. Wish me luck
i just a baby and i need to loose 100 pounds im going to start fasting. so i hope i see results soon!
I want to start this diet too. I have diet pills that help suppress appetite so I will be taking them along with water only for a few days to help with my overboard sweet cravings. Today so far I have drunk 1 1/2 bottles of water (about a litre) and couldn’t help snacking on some nuts during the day and a grilled cheese sandwich

I started fasting every tuesday and thursday but after losing 10 lbs I’ve hit a plateau. What do I do?
Well to stay awake green tea apparently it gives u energy and its not cheating, several cups of green tea but not past 6pm u will be awake all night
