It’s finally time to devote a post to juice fasting to lose weight. You see, while I have talked about every intermittent fasting diet in general, I felt that I needed to devote some time and get more specific. This is why I made my last post on intermittent fasting for weight loss. This time I am going to talk about the answer that you can give to all of those who claim that when you fast, while you may lose weight, you will put it back on as soon as you put a bite of anything in your stomach. Well, to those few people (who keep getting fewer), I give some juice and water fasting tips and I ask them to give it a try. Needless to say, most of them just come back to me and apologize, after they gloat a little about their weight loss success.

While there are many benefits of fasting weight loss, many people find it really hard to actually follow these water fasting diets. The reason is very simple and it is that we are not used to eat stop eat. We all want to eat as much as we need in order to feel full because that is what we are used to do. While the benefits of fasting for blood work, which happens overnight, are practically obvious on our blood work report, we still hear some people struggling to stick to their nightly fast.

The bottom line is that there is no fast weight loss method that requires no effort on your end. And while there are many diets that make such promises, everybody comes down to the basics, and juice fasting weight loss is just that. Think about it. There is a reason so many religions talk about intermittent fasting and prayer and fasting again. It is the most ancient and efficient fast weight loss diet of all! Ok, maybe they don’t ask you to do is as a diet to lose weight fast, but let’s just say that it has been around for a long while.

Think of the benefits of juice fasting blood sugar levels or for weight loss. I mean, water fasting to lose weight is good as it is, but if you start consuming some juice made out of fruits and vegetables that have low calories and are full of vitamins, then you get something special. With all the juice fasting recipes out there, you will give your body all the nutrients that it needs in order to operate properly, and since you will not be eating any solid food, your body will be forced to start burning the previously stored fat.

One of the best juice fasting tips that I can give you is to try and combine all the different vitamins in your juices. The more you increase your vitamin intake the healthier your intermittent fasting diet will be, and being on a healthy diet is our goal here – not just fast weight loss. In short, what I am trying to say here is that you should combine intermittent fasting and juice fasting to lose weight effectively and healthy!
